Term 1 update

Term 1 has been busy at the KLM studio, with a couple of new students joining us! It’s been lovely getting to know the new students and their enthusiasm has been contagious!

I would like to acknowledge the hard work of Olivia, Lauren, Talia, Anirud & Rachel, who will be taking AMEB exams this session!
Lauren will be submitting a Piano Video Repertoire performance for external marking by the AMEB. Olivia, Talia, Anirud & Talia will all be attending 'covid safe' venues, to undertake F2F AMEB exams.
AMEB exams take a LOT of work, and the students have been so committed, especially with covid19 & all the craziness of the last few months. We wish Olivia, Lauren, Talia, Anirud & Rachel the best of luck for their upcoming exams!

I'm pleased to announce that KLM flute student, Veronica, has been accepted into the Penrith Youth Orchestra!
The PYO offers students professional orchestral training ; students attend rehearsals and workshops each term and build towards performances, in which students play alongside professional musicians. Auditions are not required, but flute students need to hold (at least) their grade 4 AMEB certificate.

And finally, a big THANK YOU to everyone who has recommended me to their family & friends! Thanks to your support, I'm now fully booked for term 1! Anyone wanting to start music lessons in term 2 is welcome to join the waiting list online here.
